[team member] Could you clarify some of the confustions:

  1. When should we start sending notification for Dec 31st deadline? (Can I make it Oct15? 2.5 months before deadline - matches with June 30th deadline)
  2. For Dec 31st deadline, it will be 1 notification from starting dead to Aprtil 15th. Am I right?
  3. For June 30th, it will be every week til June 30th, after than it will 1 notification per 2 weeks.
  4. The due date on message will be 1 day after the due date.

Do let me know if I'm wrong on these assumptions.

  1. This is december 31st deadline is referring to 12/31/25 (this past December). We want to start sending reminders to these hotels.

I updated the description of ticket to include more clear requirements. Lmk if you have any questions.

[team member] I am still unclear about one thing. For 3, From june 30th onwards till Dec 31st, There should be date when we should consider we are not sending reminder for June 30th deadline but for upcoming Dec 31st deadline now, right? eg Till October October 30th, we remind they haven't filled in the June 30th deadline, and after than we remind them about Dec 31st. I am also thinking about way to identify the properties we should send reminder to. eg. Let's say a property now completes the training quiz, will it be for upcoming June 2026 deadline? or for past Dec 31 2025.

If a property completes the training quiz now, it will be for past december 31st 2025. We can assume all training submissions after the mass message on 4/30 count towards the 6/30 training. I'll ask about a date when we stop sending the biweekly reminder messages.
