Wire email-override object into task creation on shop → Distributed

Description

When a shop moves to Distributed and the evaluation task is created, pass the customized email object alongside the create-task call so the assignment email carries C1's personalized copy instead of the generic system notification.

Scope

  • Build the email subject, title, and body and CTA from the shop/task data:
    • Subject: Action Required: Capital One [Collection] Collection Mystery Shop - [Hotel Name]
    • Title: "Review your mystery shop evaluation" replaces "Task was assigned to your property"
    • Body: rich text mirroring the task description (intro message + action items, excluding attachment)
    • CTA button: Text should be "Review Evaluation"
  • Dynamic fields (Collection, Hotel Name) populated per shop.
  • Evaluation PDF stays on the task, not the email.

Depends on OUT-3859 (email override support in Tasks public API).
